It is a blessing to serve the Good Lord here at Redeemer. I am daily amazed by the gifts and talents of the students here at RCS, and it is a pleasure to share God’s love with them each and every day. Everything we do is based on relationships. It is the strength of those relationships that makes Redeemer unique. The partnership between parents, teachers, and students creates an environment where students excel and grow to reach their fullest potential.

About Mr. Grulke
I was born and raised in Michigan (Don't worry... I am a Spartan, not a Wolverine). My father is a pastor and former Lutheran educator. He moved us all around Michigan, but I was fortunate enough to spend my high school years in one place. I graduated from Airport High School in Carleton. Go Jets! I went on to attend Concordia University in Ann Arbor.
After graduation I moved here to Ohio because of Redeemer's beautiful kindergarten teacher. The Good Lord opened a few doors, and I was called to be our 7th grade teacher in 2001. Several years later, 2007, I began my first year as principal.
The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful wife and three crazy daughters. They are the greatest! I look forward to them growing up here at Redeemer and loving this place as much as I do. Hopefully, they won't be in the principal's office too often!
