As former renters of a property managed by FirstKey Homes, we feel obligated to share our experience. We were deeply disappointed by the rental company's lack of care and responsibility towards their tenants' well-being. The home we rented was put on the market in a rush, without proper repairs or maintenance, despite being over fifty years old.

FirstKey has turned into a very toxic environment. Upper management is only focused on the numbers and not the quality of the houses or the quality of life they are forcing their staff and team leaders into by running lean (short staffed). In order to keep up and exceed expectations, you have to work 10-12 hour days.
